When new retirement villa owner Annette Courtney put her family home on the market she never dreamed it would sell so quickly.
Suddenly there was a gap between moving out of her old home and into her new renovated unit.
Thankfully Sensus Project Manager, Michael Taylor was ready with a solution.
“Because of our strong supplier relationships and access to excellent tradespeople, we reduced the overall timeline by a week,” says Michael. “For Sensus it’s about doing everything we can to deliver exceptional service to our customers.”
The villa manager and Annette were overjoyed when they found out Michael and the team could adjust the move in date forward an entire week.
“Sensus was running ahead of schedule which meant I could move in early,” says Annette. “I could even deliver the furniture a few days beforehand so everything was ready when I came home.”
It’s only been a few weeks but for Annette her new villa already feels like where she belongs.
“The unit is just enough. I can keep it tidy without too much hard work and I’m still close to all of my friends. It’s really just perfect for me,” says Annette. “Sensus has done a lovely job on the renovation.”
Renovation highlights
Kitchen –Stone bench top, new cooktop, rangehood and even a waterfall breakfast bar.
Bathroom –New shower screen, wall tiles, paint, vanity and cabinetry.
Michael and the team of talented tradespeople also installed brand new: floor coverings, carpet, wardrobe with sliding doors and inserts, hot water, backdoor, and repainted the garage floor.
